Cucina Della Rosa’s Kids Programs are the most innovative and creative available in the Barrington area community. It is not uncommon for kids to take several of our classes over the course of the year to sharpen their culinary skills and to gain valuable exposure to new cuisines and nutrition from around the world!

Popular events include the following:

• Private Birthday Parties - $30 per child under 18 years

• We offer the best value in town when it comes to planning and celebrating birthdays. Kids and teens will learn how to make pasta from scratch, a vegetable dish and also enjoy an action-packed hands on dessert. Recipes and a customized word search puzzle are provided for all.
• We’ll provide the basics such as hands on instruction, set-up/clean-up, food, ingredients, water and utensils. The guest of honor also receives a free apron to decorate. Additional aprons are available for the other guests to decorate for $3.00 each and are a great goodie bag item that helps occupy the kids time upon arrival.
• You are welcome to bring your own party theme decorations and to work with us in advance to replicate the party invitation imagery into the recipe packet. Send us a scanned image or the actual invite.

• Summer Camps
  Our camps are a great way to help young chefs keep busy and learn about nutrition and cuisine in a casual atmosphere. All class content and techniques are age-appropriate to ensure that everyone has fun and an opportunity to learn appropriate skills. Classes are sold as a series and not sold separately.
