Follow the PayPal prompts to complete a quick and secure transaction. When it is time to "review your payment," please be sure to include the address of where the certificate needs to be sent along with your contact information with any brief comments in the "Message to Seller" section PayPal will provide an immediate purchase confirmation by email. You can also expect a follow-up confirmation from CDR by phone in one business day to provide more assurance that your purchase is in the mail. Purchase by Mail or at McCauley Design with Check:

STEP 1

Mail or deliver registration form with check payable to Cucina Della Rosa to: Cucina Della Rosa c/o McCauley Design 211 Park Avenue, Barrington, IL 60010 Include name and address of where certificates need to be mailed along with your contact information when applicable

STEP 2

CDR will confirm the purchase of your certificate by phone or email message and contact you before the certificate(s) are mailed if applicable. At this time, we can also include a special note in them! Call Mary Rose Hoover at 847-650-9463 or contact us by email for more information

Terms and conditions:

Costs:

• Effective January 2006, cost is $75 per adult and $30 per child or teen unless noted otherwise in the class schedule
• Full payment due 3 days before the class or event

Refunds:

• Classes are non-refundable
• If you cannot make a class feel free to send a friend in your place or reschedule for another event
• In the event CDR cancels a class you will be notified by phone and may reschedule or receive a full refund

Allergens:

• Be advised that all foods and equipment at Cucina Della Rosa Cooking Studio and McCauley Design may have come into contact with or contain milk ingredients, soy, wheat, peanuts, eggs, nuts, seafood products or alcohol
• CDR class participants are responsible for taking appropriate caution when preparing and consuming foods during class

Alcohol:

• CDR does not provide alcoholic beverages for consumption
• All on-premise alcohol is provided by and the responsibility of clients
• CDR recipes may include alcohol for flavor with consent of clients 21yrs or older. CDR and guests may reserve the right to substitute non-alcoholic ingredients as needed
